  • 10 slices Bread use sandwich bread or similar; crusts can be removed if desired., white
  • 10 slices Cheddar Cheese Slices or your favorite melting cheese, such as mozzarella or monterey jack.

  • 2 tbsp Butter or ghee; unsalted is preferred.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper optional, black
