For the Toast

For the Teddy Bear Face

  • 2 slices Cucumber or use 2-3 green peas
  • 2 Eggs small eggs are ideal for creating smaller features
  • 1 tsp Butter for frying the eggs. optional: use cooking spray instead.

Prepare the Toast

  • Spread strawberry jam evenly on two slices of brown bread.

Create the Teddy Bear Face

  • Cut two thin slices of cucumber into small circles for the eyes. Alternatively, use small green peas.
  • Fry two eggs sunny-side up in a lightly buttered pan, until cooked to your liking. These will be the teddy's ears.

Assemble the Teddy Bear

  • Place the cucumber (or pea) eyes onto the jam. Position the fried eggs onto the bread as the teddy's ears on either side of the jam.
