Oat appam Quick and healthy breakfast. When we are in hurry we can try this diet. Just make a batter with adding 2 cup oat flour and butter milk.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup oat flour
  • 1â…“ glass Buttermilk
  • 1 Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Just make a batter with adding 2 cup oat flour and butter milk.
  • Slowly add butter milk and keep on stirring to make a perfect consistency.
  • If you need you can add pinch of salt.
  • In otherside heat the appam maker and give a oil brush.
  • Now pour the batter. There should be little gap to make it double size and fluppy.
  • Then turn other side and see how it is baked.
  • Serve with rasam/sambar/chutney or whatever you like.
