Bread pakoda it is a good snacks with tea/coffee. I used atta bread and mashed potato. When children come back from tution, play ground or husband from office then serve this recipe to them. Even then it can be served in rainy day or any other times.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Bread loaf
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 1/2 cup Potato boiled
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for frying
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the edges of the bread and sprinkle with water. Spread in a plate and keep aside.
  • Take a frying pan heat and put 1 tbsp oil, capsicum, red chili powder, green chilli paste, roasted cumin powder and mashed potatoes.
  • Sauteed and mix well the and add lemon juice, cheese and salt. Again give a proper mixing put off the burner.
  • Spread all the bread pieces with rolling pin. Stuff with cooked fillings and moist your hands then press.
  • Make sure that fillings should not come out.
  • Make a batter with with corn flour, eggs, chilli powder and salt. Beat to make a smooth batter.
  • Heat oil in a wok, dip the stuffed bread into the batter then deep fry.
  • Fry both sides brown and serve with sauce.
