Ingredients
- 1 leaves Coriander
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 2 Red Chillies
- 1 Ginger (peice)
- a Jagerry (or lemon the size lemon)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 gm Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Chill Powder (red)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds
- to Batter (or water water make)
- to Oil (fry)

Instructions
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a shallow pan.
- Add red chillies and urad dal and let it brown.
- Now add green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add salt and jaggery and mix well. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
- Grind it to a fine chutney and set aside.
- Spread the chutney on a bread slice and cover with another bread slice. Cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix the flours. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, soda bicarbonate,salt and carom seeds. Add water and make a thick batter.
- Dip the bread pieces in the batter and fry it till it turns brown. Remove from oil and let it cool. Serve with tomato sauce.
