rose paneer laddo is very delish sweet. they looks very cute and attractive. u can attract your guest by serving these laddoos. i have got this idea from one blog and done some changes and made these laddoos in my favorite rose flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • for 15 small laddoo - half cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/ 3 cup condensed milk
  • 2 - 3 drops rose essence
  • 1 teaspoon ghee or clarified butter
  • dry coconut powder 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • first mash paneer with hands until it becomes soft .

  • take a nonstick pan or kadai , put paneer into it .
  • now add condensed milk into it , using a whisk , mix them well .

  • now switch on the gas , add 1 tsp ghee and rose essence into it . stirring continuesly.

  • after 8 - 10 minutes the moisture would have been evaporated .it becomes thick and a whole mass is formed , and mixture starts the leaving sides of the pan . turn off the gas .

  • transfer the mixture into the plate . let it cool for about 5- 7 minutes. now knead the mixture well and make small ladoos / balls with it.
  • now take dry coconut powder in a plate add 2 drop rose essence into it. mix well. roll all laddos into this rose paneer laddoo is ready.

Notes

u can make these laddos without using rose essence or u can use any flavour of your chioce.
