What is the creation of nature. We know that tamarind means sour but this is naturally sweet we couldn't find single drop of sour. Seeds also useful, in rural area they roast the seeds and eat.

Ingredients
- Sweet tamarind paste 1 cup
- Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Jaggery 50 grams
- Dry dates soaked 6-7
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Salt to 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- These are dry sweet tamarind.
- Peal off the skins then soaked in water.
- Seeds should be separate and mash the soak tamarind. Now cook with chopped soaked dates, jaggery, red chilli, salt, ginger powder. At last add pinch of Cinnamon powder and lemon juice.
- It can store in a jar. Can be serve any time.
Notes
This can be preserve more than a week.
