Yummy Yummy Hot and Spicy dosa Rolls need no Chutneys or dip and easy to eat and can even use small Candy filled tooth picks to fix the roll. It would be great for lids to eat and can reduce the spice and hot content for kids.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Garlic complete
- Peanuts handfull
- a Batter or salt salt sufficient for the powder and little the
- 1 spoon red chili powder
- 1 / Aam Chur Powder dry mango powder : teaspoon. aam chur powder
- 1 pinch Dosa Batter or sugar sugar for the
- 4 Batter laddles
- 1 Water laddles

Instructions
- Powder: Pre Heat the pan and roast the groundnuts and cool them down.
- Add the garlic, Groundnut, Chilli Powder, Salt and Aam Chur Powder, a little Sugar and Coarse grind the powder.
- Dosa: Pre heat the Tawa and spread Dosa Batter on the pan.
- Then once Dosa is done take out and spread on the plate.
- Now, Take the Powder and place it on the centre of the dosa.
- Now cut one corner of the dosa and almost cut 1/4 of dosa.
- Then roll the remaining Dosa a little tighter.
- Then Once dosa holds the Powder, Cut rolled dosa and make cut small rolls.
- Pack the lunch box with same rolls.
Recipe Notes
Use Candy Poked Tooth Picks to kepp the roll Tighter which might attract the kids.
Can even be drizzled with BBq Sauce.
