Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm banana stem chopped
  • 50 gm moong badi
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 red chili whole
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan heat and add oil whole red chili and mustered seeds.

  • Seeds will crack add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and tomato puree
  • Stir fry then add chopped banana stem salt and little bit water. Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with steam rice.

Notes

  • This recipe is good for anemic. Those who need iron can try this recipe.
