This recipe is a fusion of honey and orange rind with an addition of curd making absolutely mind blowing sweet and tangy taste.. Must try for all

Ingredients
  

  • Honey 4 tablespoon
  • Chaana cattege cheese 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts 5 numbers
  • Green chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Potatoes medium - sized but long
  • Butter 2 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Curd 2 tablespoons
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Orange rind 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • For decoration few mint leaves

  • Clean the potatoes and prick them with a fork. In a preheated oven , bake these potatoes at 180'C , for 40 minutes. Now remove the potatoes and allow them to cool enough to handle them . Cut them in half ,length wise , and remove the skin Use a small
