Ingredients
- 70 gm Fruits (golden apple or bilva fruit - bel)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera, Roasted)
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1.5 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 150 ml Water

Instructions
- Soak Bel fruit pulp in 100ml water for 5 minutes. Mash pulp in water by using fingers. Now strain it to remove seeds.
- Pour sieved mixture into a blending jar.
- Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, chat Masala into the bel mixture.
- Blend it for half minute.
- Strain tge mixture through a sieve.
- Now take 2 tablespoon prepared mixture into serving glass, add water and stir it.
- Bel ka Sharbat is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Bel fruit having so many health benefits like it keeps insulin level stable, can cure constipation, ulcerative colitis, hair and skin problems. It regulate hyperthyroidism. Balance mentrual irregularity. It has anti microbial, antifungal, anti cancer property. Prevent fro iron deficiency anaemia, tuberculosis, leprosy, remove toxins from body. Bel ka Sharbat is a good immunity and Energy booster.
Additional Tips
- For an extra cooling effect, add a few fresh mint leaves or a splash of rose water while blending the sharbat; both enhance the aroma and complement the Ayurvedic qualities of Bel fruit.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or muslin cloth before serving to remove any fibrous pulp, resulting in a silkier drink.
- To make a diabetic-friendly version, substitute the powdered sugar with a natural sweetener like stevia or a small amount of honey, and adjust according to taste.
- Chill the prepared sharbat for at least an hour and serve over ice with a thin slice of lime or orange for a vibrant and festive summer presentation.
