Ingredients
- 200 gm Chicken Thighs
- 4 to 5 cloves Garlic
- 120 gm Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cajun spice
- 100 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 1 Lemon wedge

Instructions
- Clean and wash the chicken
- Cut into thick dice and marinate it with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, cajun spice, balsamic glaze and keep aside
- Take mayonnaise and chopped garlic together and mix it well add bit of lemon juice and seasoning and keep aside
- Now rub the chicken with flour, put oil for frying and start to fry the chicken
- Once it is done, pat dry the excess fat
- Now take the plate, put the garlic aioli as shown in the video, arrange the pieces of chicken, garnish with parsley, lemon and spring of thyme.
