Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Chicken Thighs
  • 4 to 5 cloves Garlic
  • 120 gm Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cajun spice
  • 100 gm Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1 Lemon wedge

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the chicken
  • Cut into thick dice and marinate it with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, cajun spice, balsamic glaze and keep aside
  • Take mayonnaise and chopped garlic together and mix it well add bit of lemon juice and seasoning and keep aside
  • Now rub the chicken with flour, put oil for frying and start to fry the chicken
  • Once it is done, pat dry the excess fat
  • Now take the plate, put the garlic aioli as shown in the video, arrange the pieces of chicken, garnish with parsley, lemon and spring of thyme.
