Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Moong green sprouted
  • 1 cup Horse Gram horse
  • 1 cup Black Channa black channa
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Green Spicy Chutney green spicy chutney
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1-2 leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 to Tomato chopped
  • Pinch Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala pd
  • Garnishing or sev sev for

Instructions
 

  • Soak black channa overnight. Pressure cook the black channa, an all the sprouts together for 2 whistles. Drain the water out
  • In a bowl add the sprouts add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber,salt , coriander leaves,green spicy chutney, tamarind chutney an mix well. Then pour it in a bowl an garnish with sev
