Mixed Sprouts Chaat
Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong green sprouted
- 1 cup Horse Gram horse
- 1 cup Black Channa black channa
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Green Spicy Chutney green spicy chutney
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1-2 leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber chopped
- 1 to Tomato chopped
- Pinch Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Garam Masala pd

Instructions
- Soak black channa overnight. Pressure cook the black channa, an all the sprouts together for 2 whistles. Drain the water out
