  • 2-3 Potato bolied
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Moong Sprouts green
  • 1/2 cup Black Chana or sprouts sprouts
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Tamrind Chuttney tamrind chuttney
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Green Chillies or ginger chopped fresh and ginger
  • Chopped Fresh Coariander chopped fresh coariander
  • Sev optional for garnish
  • 2 cup Soozi soozi
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Oil for frying


  • Take a bowl add peeled and boiled potato mash it a little then add salt,redchilli powder,greenchilli and ginger and fresh coariander and mix all well.
  • Take a bowl add soozi and make a stiff dough not too soft not too hard with help of water.
  • Make small circles out of prepared dough and deep fry till golden and crisp.
  • Churn yogurt a little to remove lumps.
  • For plating put gol gappa puri in a plate make a hole fill in potato mixture and sprouts mix then season it with salt and red chilli pepper and chaat masala then pour yogurt and top it with tamrind chuttney and sprinkle red chilli and chaat powder.
