Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bolied potato
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup green moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Black chana sprouts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tamrind chuttney
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  • Chopped fresh green chilli and ginger
  • Chopped fresh coariander
  • Sev for garnish optional
  • 2 cup soozi
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl add peeled and boiled potato mash it a little then add salt,redchilli powder,greenchilli and ginger and fresh coariander and mix all well.
  • Take a bowl add soozi and make a stiff dough not too soft not too hard with help of water.
  • Make small circles out of prepared dough and deep fry till golden and crisp.
  • Churn yogurt a little to remove lumps.
  • For plating put gol gappa puri in a plate make a hole fill in potato mixture and sprouts mix then season it with salt and red chilli pepper and chaat masala then pour yogurt and top it with tamrind chuttney and sprinkle red chilli and chaat powder.
