Ingredients
  

  • Rose petals 1 bowl/ 4 roses
  • Hibiscus flower 4-5
  • Water 2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Cardamom 2
  • Star anise 1
  • Ginger 4-5 slices
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Lemon slices 2

Instructions
 

  • Take washed hibiscus and rose flowers. Remove petals from flower. Take a bowl add water and bring it to boil. When water start to boiling add star anise, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger.
  • Boil for 2 or 3 minutes then remove from flame add rose and hibiscus petals then lid it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Now strain the mixture and add honey, squeeze the lemon drops then mix well. Garnish with lemon slices your healthy Herbal Red Tea is ready to serve . You can serve it with ice cubes in summer.
