Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Oats grind
  • 1 pinch Carom Seeds or ajwain ajwain
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Stuffing for
  • 1 cup Raddish grated raddish
  • 1 leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a kneading bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and knead to make a dough. Rest for 15 mins. Take some dough and make into a ball.

  • Flatten the ball into thick round paratha. Take another ball and flatten the ball into thick round paratha. Stuff the mooli / raddish filling and cover with another paratha. Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame
