Not only dessert its serves in many ways, some people prefer it as solid, some like it slurpy, some less sweet or too sweet, more nutty, etc. its auspicious, a god food, an instant sweet carvings satisfier, fab baby food, and many more. And honestly its my and my mother all time favourite. 😊

  • Rice
  • Cow Milk
  • pod Cardamom
  • Milk condense
  • Almonds
  • Pistachio
  • Bay Leaf
  • Water
  • Kismis kismis

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice 10min.pressure cook with little milk &water,add nuts at this point if wanted for soft melting nuts,or toss in ghee &decor at end.Upto 2whistle.Remove lid.Add rest milk,bayleaf,cardamom,kismis,Cmilk,lastly sugar.stir to desired consis*&serve

Pressure cook the rice &milk in low flame. Upto more then 2 whistle until soft mushy consistency
