This Paratha is made with half whole wheat flour and Raagi flour. Capsicum and shredded panner add richness and healthy factor to the recipe. This is idle for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Curd is the perfect combo for for this paratha.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Raagi Flour
- Water (or dough for mixing the dough)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Stuffing (or capsicum for capsicum)
- 50 gm Paneer ( shredded)
- 1 Onion
- inch Ginger (an)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Sambhar Powder
- 1/4 tsp Currypowder 1/4 Teaspoon (currypowder)
- 1 leaves Coriander
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Mix Whole wheat flour and Raagi flour and salt with water and make a dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- For preparing stuffing, cut capsicum and onion into small pieces and shred paneer. Add 2teaspoon of oil in a pan and add onion and saute well Add crushed onion and garlic to the onion and saute well till the raw smell disappear.
- Add all the masala powder together with salt.. Now add capsicum and shredded panner and let it combine well. Saute well for few minutes. It's done. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Take a small ball of dough and roll.Place two teaspoon full of capsicum paneer mixture in the center of the dough. Roll the dough carefully that the stuffing stays intact.
- Place the stuffed paratha on hot tawa and cook with oil or ghee. Fry till its done. Serve hot with curd.
