- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder dhania
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

- 250 gm Fenugreek Leaves methi leaves, fresh, thoroughly washed
- 3 Chilies spicy; adjust quantity to taste, green
- 5 Garlic Cloves
Instructions
Prepare the Peanut-Chili Paste
- Grind roasted peanuts, garlic, and green chilies into a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
Sauté the Spices
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté until they begin to crackle (about 30 seconds).
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Add Fenugreek and Paste
- Add the fresh fenugreek leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly wilted. Add the peanut-chili paste and mix well, ensuring all ingredients are combined.
