Ingredients
Pasta & Soy
- 1/2 cup Pasta boiled
- 1/4 cup Soy Chunks boiled
Vegetables & Herbs
- 1/2 cup Vegetables mixed
- 1 tbsp Herbs freshly chopped
Sauce & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fruit Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Separately, boil the soy chunks until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden. This adds a delicious depth of flavor. Remove the crispy garlic from the pan and set aside.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the same pan and sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened. Add the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, fruit vinegar, tomato sauce, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and soy chunks to the pan with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Sprinkle the crispy garlic and freshly chopped herbs over the pasta. Serve immediately and enjoy!
