Ingredients
- 1 cup Bitter Gourd karela, karela deseeded and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions
- Combine the karela and 1/2 cup of water in mixer and blend till smooth.
- Strain the mixture using 1/2 cup of water.
- Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Pour juice into 2 small glasses and serve immediately.
