Ingredients
- 1 cup Bitter Gourd (karela deseeded and roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Combine the karela and ½ cup of water in mixer and blend till smooth.
- Strain the mixture using ½ cup of water.
- Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Pour juice into 2 small glasses and serve immediately.
