Ingredients

- 200 gm Chicken ground
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Chili Paste combine finely minced fresh ginger (1 tsp), adjust to taste), and finely chopped green chilies (3, garlic (6 cloves, minced)
- 1 tsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Paprika or a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat, sweet
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 50 gm Long Grain Rice soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
- 2 cubes Cheese processed
For the Chili-Garlic Sauce
- 3 Chilies fresh, red
- 6 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 3 drops Wine Vinegar or apple cider vinegar, white
- 2 tbsp Water to adjust sauce consistency
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Mixture
- Combine ground chicken, egg, ginger-garlic-chili paste, all-purpose flour, paprika, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the Meatballs
- Roll the chicken mixture into small, round meatballs. Place a cube of processed cheese in the center of each meatball, then carefully close the meatball around the cheese, ensuring it's completely sealed.
Coat and Steam the Meatballs
- Gently coat each meatball with the soaked rice, pressing it lightly to adhere. Steam the meatballs for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
Make the Chili-Garlic Sauce
- Combine the red chilies, garlic, salt, and vinegar in a food processor or blender. Blend until a smooth, thick sauce forms. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
