Ingredients

- 3 Bell Peppers cut into 1-inch thick rings, medium-sized, yellow
- 1/2 cup Dill finely chopped, fresh
- 1/2 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1-2 Chilies adjust to taste, finely chopped, green

- 6 Large Eggs
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red
- 1/4 cup Walnuts finely chopped

Stuff the Peppers
