Sautéing Vegetables

  • Add curry leaves, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for another 30 seconds. Add the chopped onion and sauté until light brown. Stir in the bell pepper and sweet corn kernels and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Combining and Simmering

  • Add turmeric powder and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the water and salt. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, gradually add the Bansi rava, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, covered.

Resting and Serving

  • Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve hot with your favorite chutney.
