    Yellow mustard seeds and peeled garlic cloves in glass bowls on a dark countertop.
  • Process until a smooth paste forms. Add salt to taste and pulse to combine.
  • Line a steamer basket with banana leaves. This prevents sticking and adds a subtle aroma.
