- 1 tsp Chili finely chopped, green
- 10 leaves Mint Leaves fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground
Serving
- 2 cup Ice Cubes crushed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Wedge for rimming the glass
- 1 leaf Mint Sprig for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon Mixture
- Combine cubed watermelon, lemon juice, chopped green chili, mint leaves, salt, and black pepper in a blender.
- Add crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Strain and Adjust
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or colander into a bowl, discarding the solids.
- Taste and add more lemon juice or salt to adjust the flavor as desired.
Prepare the Glass
- Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled martini glass.
- Dip the rim of the glass into a small plate of salt and pepper mixture.
Assemble and Serve
