Recipe Notes
Expert Tips
- For a smoother sorbet: Use a very ripe watermelon and strain the puree after blending. This removes any seeds or fibers.
- Adjust the spice: Start with a smaller amount of chaat masala and add more to taste, depending on your spice preference. Begin with 1/2 teaspoon and adjust accordingly.
- Fresh is best: Using fresh mint leaves will provide the most vibrant flavor and aroma.
- Make it ahead: This sorbet tastes even better after a few hours in the freezer, allowing the flavors to meld. Prepare it a day ahead for optimal enjoyment!
