Recipe Notes
Expert Tips
- For a sweeter margarita: Add a touch of agave nectar or simple syrup to taste.
- Adjust the spice level: Remove the jalapeño seeds for a milder margarita, or add more for a fiery kick. Consider using serrano peppers for an even spicier option.
- Make it a mocktail: Simply omit the tequila and enjoy a delicious, refreshing non-alcoholic version. Experiment with flavored sparkling water for added complexity.
- Prepare ahead: The watermelon mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. This is a great time-saver for parties.
