- 12 Chicken Feet cleaned and nails trimmed
- 4 cup Water for boiling chicken feet

- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Sauce & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce (adjust to taste), green
- 1/2 tsp Msg ajinomoto, optional; use with caution
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp Oil vegetable or cooking oil
Garnish
- 1 tbsp Coriander fresh, chopped (cilantro)
Instructions
