Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Best Spicy Soy Braised Chicken Feet:

  • For extra tender chicken feet, consider simmering them for a longer period, up to 20-25 minutes, during the boiling stage.
  • Adjust the amount of green chilies to control the spice level according to your preference.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when stir-frying the aromatics and vegetables to ensure even cooking.
  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of Shaoxing rice wine or dark soy sauce to the braising liquid.
