Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Spicy Mango Popsicles
- For a smoother texture, strain the mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve before adding the diced mango and pomegranate seeds.
- Adjust the amount of chili powder to your preference. Start with less and add more gradually to avoid overpowering the mango flavor.
- For extra visual appeal, layer different colors of mango puree in the molds.
- If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and wooden dowels.
