Ingredients

- 500 gm Chicken Breast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 100 gm Hung Yogurt greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
For the Kebabs
- 1 Onion cut into 1-inch cubes, large
- 1 Bell Peppers 1 red and 1 yellow, bell pepper, cubed, medium-sized
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for brushing
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Marinade
- Combine the chicken cubes, hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Add Schezwan Sauce
- Add the Schezwan sauce to the marinated chicken and mix thoroughly. Marinate for another 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Kebabs
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken, onion, and capsicum onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
