Shikanji (Indian Lemonade) Energy Drink

everyone has their favourite way to cool off during summer. Therefore my family refers to sip myMagic Mint Nimbu Paani. It is healthy, refreshing and restores the body essential nutrients while keeping you cool. So follow along for a refreshing twist and unleash the summer.

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 glass water
  • 3/4 tsp roasted cumin pwr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • A few ice cubes 5-6
  • 1/4 tsp black peppers
  • 2 tsp Sugar as per taste


  • Take two glass of water in a jug.
  • Add the lemon juice,sugar,black salt, salt,cumin pwr and pepper pwr.
  • Mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  • Adjust the sugar and rock salt as per taste.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Serve immediately.

  • You can also chill the shikanji in the refrigerator.


You can add mint to give it a refreshing flavour.
