Savoury semolina cheese muffins is a very quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipe.
Yield / Serves
1 cup semolina
1 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
3/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheese
Take the 1 cup semolina in a bowl.
Add the corn, capsicum, oil, yoghurt, ginger paste, salt and pepper. Add little water and mix it.
Add the baking powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture in a muffin tray, and sprinkle some cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg for 25-30 minutes
Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
Do not add too much water to the semolina.
