Savoury semolina cheese muffins is a very quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheese

Instructions
 

  • Take the 1 cup semolina in a bowl.
  • Add the corn, capsicum, oil, yoghurt, ginger paste, salt and pepper. Add little water and mix it.
  • Add the baking powder and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture in a muffin tray, and sprinkle some cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg for 25-30 minutes
  • Serve with ketchup or green chutney.

Notes

Do not add too much water to the semolina.
