Savoury semolina cheese muffins is a very quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 3/4 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cheese

Instructions
- Take the 1 cup semolina in a bowl.
- Add the corn, capsicum, oil, yoghurt, ginger paste, salt and pepper. Add little water and mix it.
- Add the baking powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a muffin tray, and sprinkle some cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg for 25-30 minutes
- Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
Notes
Do not add too much water to the semolina.
