  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic paste; stir until browned. Add mashed potato, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, and herbs. Mix well.

Prepare the Buns

  • Carefully scoop out the soft inside of each bun, leaving about a 1/4-inch border. Mix the scooped-out bun with the potato mixture.

Stuff and Bake

  • Brush the inside of each bun with melted butter. Fill the buns with the potato mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
