- 2 tablespoons Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper black

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Microwave the sweet potatoes for 4-5 minutes, then pierce with a fork to ensure they are tender. Allow to cool slightly before mashing thoroughly.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, cornflour, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, basil, parsley, and green chili (if using). Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Shape the Balls
- Roll the sweet potato mixture into 1-inch balls. Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter.
Bake the Balls

Add Cheese & Finish Baking
