- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground
- 1 Apple or 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
For the Stuffed Buns
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
Prepare the Potato Salad Filling
- Combine plain yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, chopped apple (or mint), celery, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined. Add the cooked and diced potatoes, red onion, cucumber, and tomato. Gently stir to combine.

- Carefully cut a pocket into the top of each hamburger bun, creating a space for the filling. Do not cut all the way through the bottom.
