- 1/2 cup Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1 Carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Bell Peppers capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, ground
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Flakes dried
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Water
For Cooking
- 2 tbsp Oil vegetable or olive oil

- Grind 1/2 cup of corn kernels.
- In a bowl, combine the ground corn, 1/2 cup semolina, 1 cup of water, finely chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
- Add black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and salt to taste.
