Ingredients

- 300 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder dhania
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
For the Coriander Paste:

- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
Instructions
Marinate the Paneer
- Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine the paneer with red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Coriander Paste
- While the paneer marinates, combine the coriander leaves, green chilies, and water in a blender. Blend into a smooth, thick paste.
Sauté the Aromatics
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and translucent.
Cook the Sauce
- Add the coriander paste to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil separates from the paste. Stir in the turmeric powder and cook for another minute.
