  • 1 cup Yogurt greek yogurt or full-fat yogurt recommended for best creaminess. also known as curd.

Pomegranate & Spices

  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils fresh pomegranate arils are best. avoid using pomegranate molasses or juice.
  • 1 tsp Salt kala namak; adds a unique savory flavor. adjust to taste., black
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar granulated sugar or powdered sugar; adjusts the sweetness to your preference.
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder optional; adds a touch of heat. adjust according to preference., red
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds dry roast cumin seeds in a pan until fragrant, roasted, then grind to a fine powder.

Prepare the Yogurt

  • Beat the yogurt until smooth and creamy using a whisk or a hand mixer.

Combine Ingredients
