- 4 cup Watermelon cubed

- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt kala namak, black
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, optional
- 1 tsp Mango Powder amchur powder, dried
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves chopped, fresh

Prepare the Mango and Watermelon
- Peel and dice one medium mango into bite-sized cubes. Cut 4 cups of watermelon into similar-sized cubes.
Toast the Nuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread 1/4 cup cashews and 1/4 cup almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely, then roughly chop.
Combine and Marinate
- In a large bowl, gently combine the mango and watermelon cubes. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of black salt. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the fruits to release their juices.
