  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground cinnamon (dalchini)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey or other sweetener to taste

Liquid

  • 1 1/2 cups Water or more, to reach desired consistency

  • 1/2 cup Ice crushed ice

Preparation

  • Combine cubed muskmelon, hemp seeds, cinnamon, honey, and water in a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • If using, add crushed ice and blend briefly.

Optional: Hemp Seed Husk Removal

  • For a smoother texture, you can remove the hemp seed husks. To do this, mix the hemp seeds with 1/4 cup of the water in a separate container. Stir well, then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, reserving the hemp milk. Use this hemp milk in the blender instead of plain water.

Serving

  • Pour into a glass and garnish with extra musk melon seeds (optional).
