Ingredients
Fruits & Seeds
- 2 cups cubed Cantaloupe cubed, muskmelon
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds musk melon seeds
Spices & Sweetener
Liquid
- 1 1/2 cups Water or more, to reach desired consistency
Optional
- 1/2 cup Ice crushed ice
Instructions
Preparation
- Combine cubed muskmelon, hemp seeds, cinnamon, honey, and water in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- If using, add crushed ice and blend briefly.
Optional: Hemp Seed Husk Removal
- For a smoother texture, you can remove the hemp seed husks. To do this, mix the hemp seeds with 1/4 cup of the water in a separate container. Stir well, then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, reserving the hemp milk. Use this hemp milk in the blender instead of plain water.
Serving
- Pour into a glass and garnish with extra musk melon seeds (optional).
