Ingredients
Hemp Seeds
- 50 gm Hemp Seeds bhang
Produce
- 2 Chilies green
- 2 Tomatoes
- 40 Mint Leaves

- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a pan over low heat, dry roast the hemp seeds.
- Roast until fragrant, then set aside.
- Roast the tomatoes over an open flame until the skins are slightly charred. This adds a smoky depth of flavor.
- Remove the stems from the mint leaves.
- In a traditional mortar and pestle (sil batta) or a blender, combine the roasted tomatoes, hemp seeds, green chilies, and mint leaves.
- Grind or blend to a smooth paste, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
