Ingredients
 

For the Potato Patties

For the Burger Assembly

  • 2 Burger Buns
  • 2 tbsp Butter for toasting buns
  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Cheese cheddar or your preference
  • 1/2 cup Salad and red onion rings, green, lettuce, tomato
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup or your preferred burger sauce

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potato Patties

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the onion paste and garlic paste, sautéing for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the mashed potatoes, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until heated through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Shape the potato mixture into two patties.

Cook the Patties

  • Heat a little oil in a separate pan. Gently fry the patties until golden brown and heated through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Assemble the Burgers

  • Toast the burger buns lightly with butter in a pan or toaster.
  • Spread ketchup on the bottom bun. Layer with green salad, potato patties, mayonnaise, cheese slices, and top with the other bun half.
