Expert Tips for the Perfect Spicy Chicken Burger
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken patties for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use high-quality burger buns for the best taste and texture. Toasting them lightly adds a nice crispness.
- Roast your tomatoes in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes for a sweeter, more concentrated flavor.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the patties; cook them in batches to ensure even browning and cooking.
