  • Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick.

Assemble the Burgers

  • Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the burger buns.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom bun.
