- 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds also known as jeera
- 0.5 cup Onion red, thinly sliced
- 4-5 clove Garlic minced
- 1-2 Chili adjust to taste, finely chopped, green
- 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 0.25 tsp Oregano crushed, dried
- Salt to taste
Vegetables
Finishing Touch
- 0.5-1 tsp Chaat Masala
Instructions
Sauté Aromatics
- Heat butter or oil in a pan or pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and cook until they begin to crackle. Add sliced onions and sauté until lightly golden.
- Add minced garlic and green chilies; sauté until fragrant and onions are golden brown.
Add Tomatoes & Spices
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, salt, chili flakes, and coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes soften slightly.
Add Mushrooms & Peas
- Add the diced mushrooms and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened. Stir in the pre-boiled peas.
Finish & Serve
