  • 100 gm Cottage Cheese also known as paneer. can substitute with ricotta cheese.
  • 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or any cooking oil of your choice
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper optional, black, for added flavor
