  • 1/2 cup Coriander fresh cilantro, finely chopped (dhania)
  • 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper freshly ground, black, optional
