- 2 slices Sandwich Bread
Sauce & Toppings
- 100 gm Bolognese Sauce
- 60 gm Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 Large Egg
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 10 gm Baby Spinach or other baby greens
- 1 tsp Olive Oil for brushing the bread
