  • 100 gm Yogurt also known as dahi or curd, plain
  • 1 tsp Sugar or to taste

  • 2 tbsp Oil vegetable or canola oil

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  • Whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and salt in a bowl until well combined. Stir in the cumin seed powder.

Prepare the Potato Filling
