Soya milk -1 glasd
Banana-1 sliced and mashed in grinder
Brown sugar/shakkar/honey-1 tblspn
Muesli fruit n nut-3 tblspn ground
Almond powder-1 tblspn
Peanut butter (optional)-1 tblspn
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend well.
Pour the blended liquid in tall glasses garnish with chocolate sauce,muesli and fruitsticks of your own choice. Easy and simple...here you go...
